The PR Value in Twitter

Well, it has certainly caused a buzz in the UK over the last 6-9 months, but what the deuce is Twitter all about? As with so many social media tools and platforms, Twitter has been causing some concern with many PRs – particularly the traditional old-school providers – because it means they will have to be extremely accountable and forward-thinking to deliver a proactive Client service including this new media tool.
