Blogonomics – the most effective PR tool?

Well, certainly one of the most profitable, if this story is anything to go by. Gawker Media are making a killing in online content. Ans as a PR tool, blogging remains one of the most effective global messaging techniques, with speed, cost-effectiveness and relevance boxes all being ticked.

Sure, tweeting has benefits, but blogging (for me) builds a more worthwhile online repuation and delivers a better quality relationship with the readership over time.
